Nissan X-Trail


After the success of Nissan Terrano in  domestic market, Nissan is planning to launch its next Nissan X-Trail  SUV in India. Nissan is planning to launch the SUV in Oct-17. The SUV is equipped with the 2.0-litre MR20DD hybrid engine that enables a driving performance that is environment friendly.



The company will reportedly roll out a petrol hybrid version of the SUV in India. Under the hood is a 2.0 litre petrol engine along with an electric motor generating a combined output of 179 Bhp. The hybrid system utilizes a front-wheel-drive version of Nissan’s one-motor two-clutch parallel hybrid “Intelligent Dual Clutch Control” system.

Features:

  • Around view moniter, which displays 360° view around the suv.
  • Audio control steering switch which allows user to control audio setting at their fingertips.
  • Advance drive-assist display which displays all the information, vehicle condition & journey details. 
Some innovative features include Hybrid engine, Auto tail gate & Rear wide opening doors with 80° swing. The SUV is a power pack performer with very fuel efficient engine. Intelligent dual clutch control reduces the amount of gasoline consumption. Below are some of the useful safety features.

In terms of features, the new Nissan X-Trail Hybrid will get leather upholstery, electrically adjustable front seats and touchscreen infotainment system. The vehicle will also compete against the likes of Hyundai Santa Fe and Honda CR-V. We anticipate that the Nissan X-Trail Hybrid might be priced between Rs 30 lakh – Rs 35 lakh (Ex-showroom, Delhi).
